Cakes can be made in the following flavours:
Moist rich fruit cake steeped in brandy.

Rich chocolate fudge cake with chocolate ganache buttercream.

Vanilla sponge with buttercream and jam filling.

Chocolate sponge with chocolate ganache buttercream.

Lemon sponge with lemon curd and buttercream.
Cakes are all homebaked from scratch as I think it is essential that a cake should taste as good as it looks. If you have a food allergy please ask and I can let you know the contents of all the recipes.
